These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are drafted in conformity with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 specified under the Information Technology Act, 2000 in order to regulate the terms and conditions of usage and access to the Platform (as defined herein) and the Services (as defined herein).

Bus Ticket Booking – Assistance in booking bus tickets across multiple routes.
Train Ticket Assistance – Support for booking train tickets and travel planning.
Cab Booking Services – Local and outstation cab booking services.
Custom Travel Planning – Personalized itinerary, accommodation, and transport planning.
Travel Support Services – Customer support and travel guidance throughout your journey.
4. Registration and Onboarding
To access Services, You must create an account. Required details may include:

PAN/Aadhaar (as permitted by law)
Business documents
You agree to provide accurate information.
Credentials issued to You must be kept confidential. RiserPay is not liable for misuse due to credential compromise.
You authorize RiserPay to verify identity and comply with legal obligations.

5. License to the Platform
RiserPay grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
RiserPay works with payment partners, banks, NBFCs, analytics providers, and hosting vendors. We are not liable for third-party actions or failures.
7. Fees for Use of Services
Service fees may apply. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes including GST will be charged additionally.
8. Availability of Services
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to legal, geographic, or technical issues. RiserPay is not liable for such interruptions.
9. Platform Content
All platform content, trademarks, and software belong to RiserPay or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Platform Management
RiserPay may monitor usage, restrict access, remove content, and take legal action against violations.
11. Third-Party Applications
Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms. RiserPay is not responsible for them.

No automated scraping
Genuine business transactions
Compliance with Indian law
13. No Lending
RiserPay only facilitates access to lenders where applicable. Lending agreements remain separate between You and the respective financial institutions.

Commit fraud
Misuse personal data
Interfere with platform security
Evade taxes
Violations may lead to suspension.
15. Specific Terms
RiserPay is not responsible for disputes between customers and service providers, booking availability, transaction timing, or incorrect information entered by users.
16. Prohibited Activities

Scrape platform data
Bypass security
Upload malware
Impersonate users
Compete with RiserPay using platform data
